Playback Theatre at Obama Inauguration

I'm working on producing a playback theatre festival all over the DC area for January 17-19, 2009, and I'm dreaming BIG. (If you don't know playback theatre, it's something I do a lot of, and it's described here: http://playbacknet.org/about/). Want to be an "official" event of the inauguration, to work with inauguration staff on this. I've sent emails through the new change.gov website, but am looking for how to break through to talk to the right people. Any ideas on that? Know anyone who might know someone who knows someone...?
